Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at joechauke@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
